Subdivision of Farmstead Village Property, Tyler Hill

At this time, the only information presented to the Township is as follows:
1. A developer has contracted an engineering firm and a planning firm to create a plan.
2. A brief presentation was made to the Township at a public meeting indicating that the property is being examined for physical site limitations (primarily wetlands, steep slopes).
3. The developer would like to create approximately 500 residential lots, but design and site limitations which control the location and number of lots are being explored.
4. The developer may consider constructing a golf course.
NO plans or documents have been presented to the Township showing lot layout, road layout, water facilities or sewer facilities.
When plans and documents are presented to the Township at a public meeting, the plans and documents will be public record and a copy will be available at the Township Office for public viewing.
Until such time that plan reviews are completed, Township Officials will NOT comment on any part or piece of the plans.
