NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Damascus Township Board of Supervisors will hold a hearing pursuant to Section
66102(a) of Title 53 of Purdon's Statutes to consider an Ordinance to vacate a
Township roadway identified as T-686 and also known as Jurgensen Road.
Any and all persons interested in said matter shall appear and will be
heard at the Damascus Township Municipal Building, 60 Conklin Hill Road,
Damascus, Pennsylvania, on April 14, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.
Should the Board of Supervisors approve the Ordinance to vacate T-686,
any and all property owners will be provided a private easement for purposes of
ingress, regress and egress upon said vacated Township roadway to those
properties adjoining said roadway or otherwise vested with a right of access to
said Township roadway.
