Pursuant to Act 3 of 2009, as amended, the Damascus Township Board of Supervisors have established an Open Records Officer. The preferred method for filing a request is by e-mail.

All documents deemed public records shall be available for inspection, retrieval, and duplication at the Damascus Township Municipal Building during the established office hours of 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM, with the exception of Weekends and Holidays.

Fees for services shall be posted in the Township Municipal Building.
