Short-Term Rentals

A short-term rental is defined as a rental for less than 30 consecutive days.  Homes that are rented for stays of over thirty days are not in this category and at this time are not regulated by the Township.

Bed and Breakfast operations or hotels and motels are regulated by the zoning ordinance. Inquire with the Township for details.

Annual registration and inspection of each short-term rental unit is required prior to advertising and renting the units.
