Notice is hereby given that the Damascus Township Board of Supervisors will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2025, AT 6:00 P.M. at the Damascus Township Municipal Building, 60 Conklin Hill Road, Damascus, PA. for the purpose of receiving Public Input on a Conditional Use Request for a Solar Energy System (Large) under Section 433 of the Damascus Township Zoning Ordinance as amended, filed by SOLAR RENEWABLE ENERGY, LLC
The subject property is identified as being located at 1205 Cochecton Turnpike, identified as Tax Map Parcel # 07-0-0051-0002, containing approximately 19.80 Acres, in the Rural Residential Zoning District.
